(vii) No college/foundation, aside from the colleges laid out by or under a Demonstration of Parliament/State Governing body before 1985, will offer any program through the distance mode, hereafter, without endorsement from DEC and license by NBA. Nonetheless, the colleges/foundations previously offering programs in Humanities, Trade/Business/Sociologies/PC Sciences and Data Innovation and The board, might be permitted to proceed, dependent upon the condition to get new endorsement from DEC and certification from NBA in somewhere around one year, bombing which they will need to cease the program and the whole onus concerning the scholarly vocation and monetary misfortunes of the understudies enlisted with them, will be on such establishments/colleges.
